Emmy Squared put Nashville hot chicken on a Detroit pie, and it stuck. The chicken goes on in cayenne-spiked oil, then white sauce and pickles cool it down once it's out. There's no red sauce on this one.

Rhino's Pizzeria in Rochester put pickles on a white pie in 2018 and the internet lost its mind. Garlic-dill sauce, mozzarella and brick, a layer of pickle chips and fresh dill. Pat the pickles dry or they'll steam instead of roasting.
